GWM has its special design for wide PVC whole door extrusion tools. Even for round whole board, we also have successful experience. We have exported these tools to Germany, Russia and Indonesia.

Disk dies well controls PVC material flowing; dry calibrators guarantee exact dimensions and good surface, vacuum and cooling system are specially designed for whole door system, like different wall thickness; water baths and short calibrators keep enough cooling in high speed extrusion.

GWM uses 2Cr13, 3Cr17NiMo or Din1.2316 stainless steel for extrusion tools. Satisfied with the output, all of the GWM extrusion tools are very stable and easy for operation. Guarantee extrusion over 1,500,000 meters.

Every tooling will be pre fine-tuning in our factory, and then sent to customers. If you need, GWM will let technicians go to your factory and finish final fine-tuning and training.
